HVAC Tune-Up and Filter Change
$99
A little “pre-season insurance” goes a long way in preventing breakdowns and sky-high utility bills. Our filter change and tune-up covers the critical components for a single furnace and AC unit (or combined heat pump unit) that enables worry-free operation and keeps you comfortable — year round. Please note: for warranty purposes, most manufacturers require filter changes at least twice per year. Pricing quoted is per condenser.
Details:
- Test system in heating and cooling modes (confirms basic thermostat, compressor and air handler operation)
- Clean obstructions and debris around outdoor condenser (improves system efficiency)
- Check and clean condensate trap and piping
- Filter replaced or cleaned (internal for mini-splits). $50 for additional filter replacement/cleaning, $50 for Mitsubishi anti-bacterial filter replacement
Comprehensive HVAC Service

If you need repair or simply want to ensure your systems is operating at peak efficiency, with our Comprehensive HVAC Service, we’ll thoroughly inspect your system to pinpoint any potential issues. This includes checking your thermostat, cleaning/replacing the air filter, testing the compressor, testing airflow pressures, and evaluating the overall performance of your refrigeration system. We’ll provide you with a detailed explanation of your system’s condition, and our recommendations for any additional service if necessary. We’ll always explain everything in plain language, so you understand exactly what’s going on with your system. Trust us to keep your home comfortable all year round!
