Please note: for warranty purposes, most manufacturers require filter changes at least twice per year. Pricing quoted is per condenser.
Details:
- Test system in heating and cooling modes (confirms basic thermostat, compressor and air handler operation)
- Clean obstructions and debris around outdoor condenser (improves system efficiency)
- Check and clean condensate trap and piping
- Replace or clean filter (internal for mini-splits). $50 for additional filter replacement/cleaning, $50 for Mitsubishi anti-bacterial filter replacement
